Added a BERT model and a BERT linker in their respective files.
Updated linkers.py and linking_system.py with the absolute minimum necessary.
Updated the Dockerfile to use a CUDA enabled Pytorch image. This is probably not the most compact image to achieve this, so any suggestions on making a smaller CUDA enabled image would be helpful. However, this Dockerfile has been tested and fulfills the most important criterium: it works.
It may be interesting to update the documentation to describe how to use this linker. It relies on a model that has been trained externally, but can be found on /nfs/students/amund-faller-raheim/models/bert_el/. This directory must be mounted to the container.
I will update documentation if you think it's necessary.
