Editor loses focus when pressing escape while suggestions are shown

When the suggestions popup is shown, pressing escape to make it go away also makes the editor lose focus.

An example:

• Open https://qlever.cs.uni-freiburg.de/wikidata/PjScET
• Position the cursor at the end of the first line
• Press enter and wait for the suggestions to pop up
• Press escape to close the popup

What happens: The popup goes away and the editor loses focus.

What I'd expect to happen: The popup goes away but the editor keeps the focus so I can continue typing.

@nikkiwd I cannot reproduce this and it would be annoying indeed when that happens. Can you check whether this is still the case for you?
