use same stud/hole sizes for Lego assembly as in download #688

Currently: CSG gets regenerated each time when downloading stl / showing lego assembly. This is unnecessary work and can be fixed by using the same stud/hole size in the lego assembly view as the sizes currently stored in the download dialog
