Media files are not played when the node is opened #46

I was playing and suddenly the video and audio recordings stopped turning on. And at the bottom, although subtitles appear, they do not change in any way. And I also do not know how to restart the page without losing game progress, if this solves the problem, then please tell me how to do it.

I was able to solve this problem myself. I made a save, then opened "options" in another tab and copied the save. And then I inserted it into a new "options" window, entered my nickname, clicked on "c" and then selected "load data" and thus loaded in a new tab without losing my progress. And before that, I tried to pass the gru three times and didn't think to press the "load" button every time I started. Please add information about what you need to think up the "load" button in the description with the game

A new problem has been added. I am on site b level 6 and the Dc1040 file does not work any buttons after I missed the secret file after three animations at Lane. And I only have saving at level 4. Is there any way to fix this without restarting the site? (Language- English)
