Find long-term solution for hosting models #29

Google Drive (gdrive) has quota limits on fetching files that bottlenecks CI and model validation. We may need to find a longer term solution for hosting models for free on a different. the new place for hosting, in theory, should be:

  1. easy to visualize / interface with via UI
  2. easy to download files from via command line (wget, etc)
