[Feature request]: Add option to dim taskbar (incl. icons) for OLED monitor owners to prevent burn-in #61

Describe your feature request. Hey. :) I know this might be out of scope for this project but given that it's a taskbar customization tool, I’d like to suggest adding an option to permanently dim the taskbar, allowing it to undim only in true fullscreen mode (e.g., when watching a movie or playing a game in fullscreen). I would greatly appreciate this, and I’m sure many others who use an OLED monitor would feel the same!

i dont see why not i will add it in the final release of 3.0
