Large downloads fail after some time #174

It's impossible to download when the dataset is too large. This issue appears on nginx and apache.

It seems this is a application issue, as I couldn't find any working setting in nginx yesterday.

This is NOT an reverse proxy issue. It still happens when I trigger the download directly on the VM without any proxy in between.
