Setup ada login with "View Only" or "Standard" rights on the dataset #210

Right now every new user login from OIDC provider by default receive "View Only" rights on the dataset. Setup a setting in ada in order to decide if new users could receive by default "View Only" or "Standard" rights on the dataset.
