CI failing due to missing include path #45

Doesn't seem to be a 100% reproducible issue. Does not happen to me locally, and it doesn't happen always in github actions...

Solved passing the foxy installation directory explicitly via -cargs. As this only affects GHA, not really going to lose any more sleep over it.
