For #45. Adds parameter to allow specifying alternate SPI bus. Only tested using default SPI, which still works.

Also some misc cleanup:

Remove compatibility table from README. No longer valid.
Remove call to SAMConfig() from all examples. This now gets called as part of the call to begin().
