fix board dimensions #1

The backwards C-shaped cutout on the left isn't being cut out properly since the dimensions turn it into a D. There are also two seemingly random lines.

I would edit and make a pull request, but I can't find the adafruit version of microbuilder.lbr that has the RASPBERRYPI_BPLUS with the PI_HAT_NOSLOTS footprint. Can I get that from somewhere, or is that part closed source?

I found this post on their forums that say the microbuilder library is internal only. However, you can export it from an existing design into a new library, and make modifications there.
