Add support for PiTFT Display

This is a BIG ask, I know, but I LOVE the PiTFT Plus display. However, I am not a driver developer and can't figure this thing out.

Could someone add support for this to the Windows 10 IoT library?

A limited version of this is on my radar. It wouldn't give you the full display capabilities like you have with Raspbian. It would be along the lines of the Arduino graphics version

We are currently exploring a solution for this with Microsoft. No ETA.
