altitude calc?

Hi, I think there might something off in the altitude calc. I'm using this library with the adafruit bmp085 board and get some data from the example sensorapi like this:

847.68 hPa (95.72 m)

The pressure looks ok (I'm at about 5000 ft here). A rough altitude calc at that pressure gives me of 1479 m not 95 m.
