Issue: take forced measurement did not work right now

These changes were manually merged in as part of https://github.com/adafruit/Adafruit_BMP280_Library/commit/1267a1056d3b9266f05e1283a8242c3a457f4eb4 due to some other changes to the code. Thanks for the PR!
