Window 10 OS not supporting

You did not specify which board you want added. If you are using a board such as the FT232H or MCP2221, windows is supported. See https://learn.adafruit.com/circuitpython-on-any-computer-with-ft232h and https://learn.adafruit.com/circuitpython-libraries-on-any-computer-with-mcp2221.
