I found this one @yashmulgaonkar.

It is not complete, it does not have the capacitors and some other things but, as a draft, it could be acceptable.

Save someone else a bit of time. The zip attached to the comment above is not the correct board. Pictured is the Zero4U however the zip is a generic USB hat with GPIO pins. The only thing they have in common is the board size and they both have 4 USB A ports but in different locations.
