Switch to small feed/group format #61

This pull request switches /feeds/ and /groups/ to /f/ and /g/ short format to save space.

Tested with MQTT Simpletest and Groups test on Adafruit CircuitPython 6.1.0 on 2021-01-21; Adafruit PyPortal with samd51j20
