Add ESP32-S2 compatibility and example #63

This pull request:

Adds a new usage example for using the library with native sockets.
Updates library to reflect MiniMQTT release v5.0.0
Removes redundant calls to MiniMQTT's logger.

Tested on Adafruit CircuitPython 6.2.0-beta.1 on 2021-01-27; Adafruit Metro ESP32S2 with ESP32S2.
