Add configurable EOL to readline() #150

Shout out to @graemorrison for both the issue (#94) as well as the fix. Seemed like it was sitting there for a while so just wanted to get in the queue.

Haven't tested but just makes it configurable, so no idea of changing it to something works per se, haha. At the very least, previous functionality should be retained.
