Example updates request #22

Please add a new example showing how to use different scan types.

Also - rplidar_simpletest.py appears to be blank. Maybe rename lidar_test.py to match other libs?

Thank you for doing that.

I hope that both the pwm and Scan type can be solved.

Note I am using both a Raspberry Pi 3 and PC.
