Adding TinyLoRa Code and Examples #1

It's a port of TinyLoRa for Arduino (https://github.com/adafruit/TinyLoRa), for CircuitPython.

adafruit_tinylora.py - Interface for the RFM9x.
adafruit_tinylora_encryption.py - Performs AES and MIC encryption schemes required for sending LoRaWAN to The Things Network
ttn_*.py: The Things Network frequency plans for different regions.

Tested Hardware: Feather M4 w/RFM9x Breakout (as .py files) Feather M0 RFM9x (frozen .mpy files)

also tested on Raspberry Pi 3B+ with LoRa Featherwing, itsybitsy_m4_express with LoRA Breakout -- feather_m0_express with Lora Breakout
