Update onboard example #56

This is for #35, but also for other boards with onboard DotStars.

Tested on an Itsy M0 and Gemma M0.

@ladyada for review (since you were in previous discussion) sry, this got delayed. forgot to cycle back after making the necessary updates to the BSPs.
