Ism330 support #5

@ladyada this is an initial pass that adds ISM330DHCT support; We may want to renameLSM6DSOX_RATE_1_6_HZ_LP since the ISM330 also supports it.

I've added the 4000DPS rate locally but haven't tested it yet; I need to get some 🌮 so I can test and push it tomorrow morning
