Fix scaling lookup table when HALLCONF == 0x00. #8

Change is not tested due to the absense of the hardware.

@emilenovv Thanks for the PR. Going to close it since it looks like this has been resolved. It was just a confusing typo in the datasheet. See #7.

If you want to try for another PR, adding the ability to get/set HALLCONF might be a good one.
