License Problem #11

Hello there. I am not sure about the license of RCSL/RPSL, and couldn't find the answer. Can I use the decoder in a commercial product without releasing library or source code? Thanks!

hi we don't own the copyright to the RCSL/RPSL files so we cannot advise on usage :)
