Addressing https://github.com/adafruit/Adafruit_MQTT_Library/issues/142:

• Fixed SHA1 fingerprint for Adafruit IO
• Modified #defines for WLAN_SSID, WLAN_PASS, AIO_SERVERPORT, AIO_USERNAME, AIO_KEY.
• Bump library.version
