Adding a master example sketch for connecting any board which uses a ESP32 Co-Processor with Adafruit MQTT. Wifi.pins are only set if the #ifndef for declaring pins is set to allow future breakouts/shields/boards to all use this one sketch.
Removes PyPortal example, as it's the same example but lacks the ability to set ESP32 pins
Tested on: PyPortal M4, Metro M4 AirLift, Feather M0 + AirLift Breakout
