Fork for Calliope mini

This Arduino extension is great and using it with the micro:bit is very smooth and fun!

To make it work well with the Calliope mini I forked it and adapted a few things:

• create a sample to include Calliope mini 3 features as RGB leds
• change the COL3 display pin from 3 to 18
• adapt some of the example projects to fit the mini V3 (e.g. blinky)
• remove accelerometer_MMA8653.ino
• add some explanatory comments
