add Raspberry Pi 5 #322

Add revision codes for Raspberry Pi 5 4GB and 8GB model and type id for BCM2712 Test on Raspberry Pi 5 8GB model

Thanks for this. With the raspberry pi decoder working so well, the rev codes for the pis are no longer being used and I'll removed that in a separate PR soon.
