End wire transmissions before requests #5

Changed Wire.endTransmission(false) to Wire.endTransmission() to fix issue of SI7021 sensor not working on ESP32. Tested on the ESP32 & ESP8266 HUZZAH Feathers, WICED Feather, and Metro.
