Rework config descriptor builder #370

rework configuration builder, remove auto interface and endpoint numbering. Leave that to each interface instead. Add

Adafruit_USBD_Device: allocInterface(), allocEndpoint()
change Adafruit_USBD_Interface::setStringDescriptor() to use Adafruit_USBD_Device::addStringDescriptor() and store _strid.
Update all class driver interface to use new configuration API(): CDC, MSC, HID, MIDI, Vendor, Webusb
