Initial support for ch32v2 as non builtin core, tested with fsdev driver on ch32v2 with following class driver

CDC (SerialTinyUSB)
midi
hid
msc
webusb example not compilable due to lacking some stream read() variant and/or Adafruit Neopixel
video is not compilable due to lack of sram
