Setup 0.5.0 Release - Githubissues

[x] Make sure bootloader and featherlib .hex files are up to date (1.0.0 and 0.5.0)
[x] Remove all examples in the 'untested' folder
[x] Remove all examples in the 'client' folder
[x] Make sure all examples build with no errors and no SSID/AP/AIOKey strings are present
[x] Make sure the Arduino library version is set to 0.5.0 internally (currently 0.1.0)
[x] Fix the typo in the macro name above!! :) ^
[x] Tag repository as 0.5.0
[x] Create a new 0.5.0 release on Github
