This allows the https://circuitpython.org/board/seeeduino_wio_terminal/ to be recognized by Windows 7 so that Serial Console and REPL can be used.

I do have a device and tested this successfully

I am not affiliated with Seeed. I was able to lookup the devices VID / PID in device manager.

I am adding a bunch of new Adafruit boards and will add something functionally equivalent to this at the same time.
