All I see in Device Manager is Slide Trinkey M0, under Other devices. The properties for that show the Driver provider, Date and Version as Unknown, so it looks like this package does not actually provide a Windows 7 driver for the Adafruit Slider Trinkey, as the Adafruit pages claim.
I previously followed the instructions for installing the Arduino SAMD boards, then the Adafruit SAMD boards, in the Arduino Boards Manager.
Not that it's relevant, since I don't see a COM port in device manager, but I'm using Arduino 1.8.19.
This drivers package is linked to from the official Adafruit Slider Trinkey pages (https://learn.adafruit.com/adafruit-slider-trinkey/using-with-arduino-ide) but after installing it, I do not get a COM port in Windows 7, when I plug in an Adafruit Slider Trinkey.
