Add support for Raspberry Pi Pico W

Notes:

• Stalled, Arduino-Pico core does not yet support Raspberry Pi Pico W
• New network implementation class required (edit: maybe not - they may support WiFiNINA function calls, https://github.com/earlephilhower/arduino-pico/issues/666#issuecomment-1172958354)
• Use UF2 (while littlefs works in arduino-pico, the web installer for WS Arduino is built on esptool)

  • Post-mortem: We switched the status pixel to a PWM output this week to control the brightness. The PicoW's status pixel is connected to pin D32, which does not have PWM capability. The result is that we can only turn the status pixel on or off on PicoW and can not control its brightness.
