bootloader is not the latest version. #645

The latest version is 0.5.0, but it is currently 0.3.2. https://github.com/adafruit/Adafruit_nRF52_Bootloader/releases/tag/0.5.0

Yeah I know the 0.22 is focused solely on reworking tinyusb. Will do more update for other later on.
