fix #600 , CRYPTOCELL_IRQn must be manually cleared even though we use no-interrupt version of libcrypto_cell. Otherwise this irq flag will prevent cpu to enter low power mode hence consume more power.
Also separate pairing_passkey (using Serial) and pair_passkey_arcada that use TFT to display passkey.

Did some more testing. Latest HEAD looks good. Looking forward to the next release!
