Update service/char/descriptor UUIDs before update #20

Before an update is released, the official UUID list for standard services and characteristics should be updated to take into account recently adopted services and characteristics:

Services: https://developer.bluetooth.org/gatt/services/Pages/ServicesHome.aspx
Characteristics: https://developer.bluetooth.org/gatt/characteristics/Pages/CharacteristicsHome.aspx
Descriptors: https://developer.bluetooth.org/gatt/descriptors/Pages/DescriptorsHomePage.aspx

Note: There was a small typo in the last release that was recently fixed: https://github.com/adafruit/Bluefruit_LE_Connect_Android/commit/5c06274c34c05b40a50541dfbdbc65b7bdef6d70
