Screen not displaying correctly #52

Hi, I have double checked the connections, these are OK. I'm testing using arduino uno and 16x32 panel. I attach a photo, it's supposed to display a red cross. Thanks in advance. whatsapp image 2019-02-26 at 13 47 06

did you purchase these items from adafruit?

Hi, no, I buyed the matrix in a local store. But, pinout is the same.

hiya please contact the local store for tech support - they'll have an engineer who can help you!
