Modify True Lux sensors to use "lux" sensor type #182

Noticed while testing the VCNL4040 that the "light" sensor type has no units. The official SI unit of lux is only displayed for the "lux" sensor type.

@tyeth This is intentional, the lux type has the lux unit and light is unitless. We could put any changes to this on the agenda for Friday's IO meeting and hold https://github.com/adafruit/Adafruit_Wippersnapper_Arduino/pull/498, if that's OK with you
