Full screen don't work on 480x320 screen #9

The app works on left top corner and only the shutter area work on touch screen. I can't exit the app and open settings. What i need to change (code or rasp settings) to set it to fill the screen and works ok? Thank you.

its for 320x240 displays only at this time
