add pico_rp2040_tinyusb_host to all_platforms.py. To run ci for native host example https://github.com/adafruit/Adafruit_TinyUSB_Arduino/pull/353 . Note use pico for ci instead of feather since feather can easily mistaken with actual feather usbhost wing.
change rp2040 freq = 120mh when using with tinyusb (device). May not be relavant with device, but in case of using pio-usb host, freq should be 120mhz
