2 years ago The "Frameworks" section of Awesome Circuitpython lists some things that are along the same lines as these helpful tools. That is the closest thing I am aware of to an existing place for stuff like this.
I agree it would be great to set up a spot to list them out specifically though if it doesn't exist today.

There seem to be a lot of useful tools out there, I keep learning about new ones. A /tools page may be useful so we can link to them all in one place.
