Microbit v0 support #9

Requires update to seesaw library https://github.com/adafruit/pxt-seesaw/pull/10

This changes updates a few of the block definition to be compatible with microbit v0. Travis is failing because github is throttling pulling down the package... Tested to build on both microbit / adafruit.
