Change NMI handler to match PR#39 #45

This is a potential fix for issue#44: "NMI_Handler in qxk_port.S is not invoked after PR#39 causing a hang in I2c transactions" I suppose a better fix would be to update qp to the latest version, but I don't have the time at the moment. Warning!!! I only tested on my SAMD09 board. I don't have access to other versions of seesaw.

I started trying to update it to the latest QT version a few years ago but didn't get far enough to have it run again.

The files moved quite a bit (the whole directory structure is different).

Hi Wallarug, Thank you for the pointer. If I were not in a drag-race with my disease (ALS) I would have been happy to take over it. However at this point I desperately need to finish hands-free controls for my wheelchair and start working on robotic feeding arm before my hands stop listening to me completely. Eugene
