This pull request addresses issue #22 by adding react toaster in place of alert popup which enhances website UI for the Weather Forecast Application.

Changes Made:

Installed react-hot-toast library
Replaced alert message into Toast message from Context/index.jsx and from Components/SearchBar.jsx
