Make clv3.0 or a transitional version e.g. clv2.5 or clv2.7, as current clv (2.3) isn't good at all

Only compile python source
Get a list of "to-compile" scripts and crawl each one, then create a global list/set with all needed libs and start processes
Check libs for system, platform, architecture and pyversion
Add support for config (tba)
Compile for better performance -> Somehow interact with the enironments python, to look for package installations

Made clv2.7, issue stays open because of clv3.0
