syntax errors in the xhtml in file: plugins/edit_area/editfile.php #50

I noticed a few xhtml syntax errors in file 
plugins/edit_area/editfile.php

missing "!" in doctype (line 58) - <!DOCTYPE html 

the <head> tag isn't closed, changed to </head> on line 105

that's a third-party script - not our own. I'll update it and if the bug is 
still
there, report it upstream.

maybe we should import that via SVN, the same as we do SWFUpload.

also, should probably do that with TinyMCE and any other third-party scripts on 
the site.
