Add reaction flow analysis #2

Matt Amthor is prototyping and carrying out reaction flow analysis similar to what was done in the Cyburt paper. As this is completed, the reduced results will be added to this data repository. However, I do not want to add the analysis scripts themselves, as they rely on proprietary software that has to be licensed. We cannot support such scripts in the repository, but can support data products from such scripts.

Update! Matt has completed some initial flowb analysis. It's in the MatterMost channel.
